This winter we are focusing on healing the body and the mind. We have added classes such as meditation and hot stone restorative yoga to ease your nerves and decrease stress. We have added new spinning classes to improve your cardiovascular fitness and your mood during these dark, cold months. Finally, we are expanding our life coaching services to include daily appointments for those wishing to meet one on one or over the phone with Pasha (a masters level trained therapist) on issues such as anxiety, depression, transition, eating disorders or PTSD...Asking for help is courageous!

At Holland Hill, there are NO initiation or sign up fees. You can join for a day, a week, a month or a year!
Day passes at $10 include use of gym and unlimited classes.
Monthly unlimited memberships start as low as $55/month
*Group nutrition support will run from the week of January 5-February 13. During these 6 weeks, participants will clean up their diet and lifestyle, remove toxins and improve health. We will focus on a paleo food plan, taking into consideration your individual needs and aversions. You can choose to meet as a group on Tuesdays at 10:30am or Wednesdays at 10:00am. Weigh-ins are available and optional. Accountability and loving kindness towards yourself is non-negotiable:) Join us for 6 weeks of clean, healthy eating and living for only $60 ($10 week), including support, recipes, meetings, weigh ins and even food!

Holland Hill Fitness and Yoga Studio is recognized as a personal training studio where, along with our amazing classes, you can sign up for around the clock individual and small group sessions at a very low cost (starting at $25/session!) with an experienced an friendly personal trainer.

We offer sustainable prices and the most creative, beautiful fitness center you have ever seen! You will be welcomed with a warm greeting and smile as your business is greatly appreciated.
