Monday            8:30am  Kickboxing/ Zumba!

9:30am  Yoga for Sport (Active, but open to all)

Monday night special activities- 6pm usually

Tuesday         8:30am  Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga

5:30pm-7:00pm Forrest Yoga

 

Wednesday    8:30am  Moderate Vinyasa Flow Yoga

           6pm-7:30pm African Drumming (no experience nec, we have the drums!)

 

Thursday                 8:30am  Bootcamp (Cardio/Step/Bosu/Weight Intervals)

5:30-7:00pm Yoga/Toning/Pilates

 

Saturday                  8:00am-9am  Full Body Toning/Pilates

9:00am  Beginner Yoga (open to all levels)
